There are many exciting events all year round in the Skagen area - lots of things to see and lots of things to do
Music events
In Skagen there's music throughout the year. Every weekend, music is performed at several of the local restaurants, pubs and bars. In June, July and August there's live music every day.

In 2012 the annual Skagen Music Festival takes place from 5th of July until 8th of July, and on 21th of July there will be summer jazz on the quay in Aalbæk.
Throughout the summer there'll be classical concerts in the church in Skagen.
Guided city walks
If you want an individual guided tour, more than 20 expert guides are ready to share their knowledge and to inspire you to explore this exciting history yourself.
Individual guided tours can be booked in the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, English, German, French, Italian, Finnish and of course Danish.

Cultural events
At Skagen's museums you'll find plenty of arrangements.
In Drachmanns Hus you can experience an evening in the company of the author Poul Bernth, his wife Birgit and Ann-Marie Gabrielsson & Jesper Hedegaard, who'll provide entertainment based on Drachmann's poems, ballads and songs. With the fire roaring in the hearth and a good glass of burgundy in your hand, you're guaranteed an evening with a cosy and intimate atmosphere.
